Calm & Composed is an immersive photography workshop that explores composition as being the foundation of visual storytelling. Designed for creators of all experience levels, this workshop invites participants to slow down, sharpen their observation, and discover how thoughtful composition can transform ordinary moments into meaningful images. Whether using a smartphone, point-and-shoot camera, or a DSLR, participants will learn that compelling photographs begin long before the shutter is pressed. Blending mindfulness, creativity, and hands-on practice, Calm & Composed moves beyond camera settings to focus on developing the artist's eye. Through guided discussions, interactive exercises, and real-world image making, participants gain a deeper understanding of how perspective, balance, framing, and intention shape the stories we tell while becoming part of a supportive community of artists committed to seeing the world with greater curiosity and purpose.
